Job Description
To support our growth in Belgium, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced SerciceNow Sales Leader.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven ServiceNow Sales Leader with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong market presence for ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for not only driving significant ServiceNow sales growth but also working hand-in-hand with the business unit leader to establish Devoteam's ServiceNow department as a recognized leader and trusted partner in the Belgian market.
As a Sales Leader you have a deep understanding of enterprise software platforms, enabling them to strategically align technology solutions with business objectives to drive platform adoption and customer project success. You excel in customer relations, delivering exceptional service through proactive support, smooth experts onboarding, and issue resolution. With a focus on maximizing ROI and fostering continuous improvement, they build strong customer partnerships and ensure lasting success.
As the ServiceNow Sales Leader at Devoteam, you will:
Drive new business opportunities and acquire new customers, with a focus on large enterprise accounts, to achieve aggressive ServiceNow sales targets.
Enhance the value of our existing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion and upselling of ServiceNow solutions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase ServiceNow adoption and market share in Belgium.
Build and execute a market visibility plan for the Devoteam ServiceNow department, including participation in industry events, thought leadership activities, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Establish Devoteam as a thought leader in the ServiceNow space by showcasing our expertise and successful project deliveries.
Increase awareness of ServiceNow solutions and Devoteam’s capabilities, promoting adoption and driving business growth.
Have a significant impact on strategic planning, sales execution, and new account acquisition.
Qualifications
Your profile:
- Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales within the ServiceNow ecosystem or similar solution, with at least 5 years in complex multi-level engagements and a demonstrated history of sales leadership.
- Strong record in managing corporate accounts with C-level access & experience, including a focus on long-term strategic partnerships.
- Ability to build executive relationships with customers, influence their long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted ServiceNow advisor
- Expertise in creating and executing account plans and market development strategies, resulting in a robust pipeline of ServiceNow opportunities and inscrease market visibility.
- Ability to identify and qualify use cases for ServiceNow solutions, articulating key differentiators and business value, and positioning Devoteam as the preferred implementation partner.
- Experience managing multiple opportunities through the entire sales cycle, working with cross-functional teams including ServiceNow developers, ITIL specialists, and cloud architects
- You will be responsible for driving customer engagement and adoption in all ServiceNow-related activities
- A strong network within the Belgian market,including industry influencers and potential partners, is a significant asset
- Commitment to self-development and staying up to date with the latest ServiceNow trends and market developments.
- Team player, who can inspire passion, vision, and energy in the full Devoteam ecosystem, and effectively collaborate with marketing teams to enhance market visibility.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (Mandatory)
