Job Description
As a Career Advisor within Devoteam’s Human Capital Department, you will play a pivotal role in driving employee experience, talent management and career progression. You will act as a strategic partner to employees, practice leaders, and business unit heads, ensuring alignment between individual career aspirations and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
Career Development & Advisory
- Act as a career advisor, guiding consultants in competency development, skill enhancement, and career progression within the company.
- Conduct regular induction sessions to provide consultants with clear career growth pathways and performance management best practices within Devoteam.
- Champion employee engagement and satisfaction by proactively gathering insights through surveys and implementing targeted initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
Employee Satisfaction & Engagement
- Administer the company-wide Employee Satisfaction Survey, delivering BU-specific analyses to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and implement action plans based on survey insights, enhancing engagement and employee experience.
Capability Building & Succession Planning
- Partner with Business Unit Heads and Practice Leads to map out critical skill gaps, emerging competencies, and high-potential talent within the organization.
- Contribute to the evolution of the competency matrix, ensuring career paths are clearly structured and aligned with Devoteam’s consulting framework.
- Support business units in identifying future leaders and successors, fostering a culture of mentorship and successor enablement.
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Collaborate with Learning & Development and Business Units to design and curate impactful learning journeys, certifications, and upskilling initiatives aligned with Devoteam’s talent strategy.
Performance Management
- Manage the end-to-end performance evaluation cycle, ensuring a structured, fair, and transparent process that aligns with business objectives and talent strategy.
- Leverage data-driven insights to assess performance trends, identify high-performers, and support decision-making for promotions, increments, and career progression.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
- Has 3 - 7 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration or a relevant field.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
- Fluency in English.
