OUR NEW SENIOR SOLUTION SPECIALIST
As a Senior Solution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and showcasing the value of our Managed Cloud Services. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing strategic relationships, and contributing to the growth of our international business.
SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with prospective clients to conduct comprehensive assessments, understanding and analyzing their business requirements and challenges
- Collaborate with technical teams to design customized Managed Cloud Services solutions
- Prepare detailed proposals, including technical specifications, transition plans, and pricing models
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of cloud computing, infrastructure, and related technologies in general
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, including sales, product, and technical teams, to ensure seamless opportunity handovers and optimize service delivery through knowledge sharing and best practice adoption.
- Build strong relationships with clients, including C-level executives
- Engage actively with CMS Pre-Sales team to develop and share knowledge and build quality proposal assets.
- Collaborate effectively with country sales professionals to foster strong internal relationships.
SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- More than 20 years proven experience in a pre-sales or offering specialist role within the IT services industry
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, and infrastructure technologies on one or more of the platforms (Azure, AWS & GCP)
- Solid commercial and contractual understanding in the context of managed services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Demonstrated success in developing and closing large, complex deals in an international environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
