Job Description

HR Generalists have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with labor law, and are looking to kickstart your career in the field, this is the place to be.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on a variety of HR topics such as career development, conflict resolution, and change management
  • Undertake tasks around performance management.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Manage the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and documentation
  • Understand business objectives and talent needs to develop creative sourcing strategies that attract top talent
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.

Qualifications

Qualification 

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Has 2 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration or a relevant field.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
  • Fluency in English.
