You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the data and application architecture at Group level. This role involves developing robust data solutions, ensuring data integrity, and implementing  scalable and efficient applications integration to support the company's objectives.

More information on our IT landscape:

• Our 40 applications are mainly hosted on SaaS platforms and organized around business products (set of processes). Most of them are used by the group (office suite & collaboration, SIRH, Sales management, Marketing automation...), only the finance domain is focused on France
• All apps are highly interconnected through an API management platform (Mulesoft)
• A full BI stack (Snowflake/Alteryx/Tableau) was installed and currently covers all domains use cases (Finance, HR, Sales).

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience (> 5 years) in team management, leading roles reporting directly to CIO
• Demonstrated leadership in Enterprise Architecture
• Ability to define and follow a yearly budget
• Capacity to build good relations with vendors, and rely on them to trigger innovation and best practices
• Proven experience (>5  years) in data architecture, IS architecture, or a related role
• Proficiency in database management systems, data modeling, and data warehousing
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and technologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms 
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving abilities 
• Ability to deep dive and to step back for strategic discussions with C-level
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
