Devoteam is looking to hire a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst. The position is an incredible exciting opportunity to join a young and dynamic team with high ambitions in the very booming sectors of cloud, data and cybersecurity in Europe.

What can you expect?

• As a M&A senior analyst you will work on the identification, sourcing and execution of M&A transactions, this will give you the opportunity to interact with all the organization

• You will work in a dynamic and rewarding team atmosphere

• You are willing to travel throughout Europe

 We will count on you to:

• Source and identify potential opportunities with our operations and lines of business

• Gather, analyse, and present information on potential acquisition targets

• Participate to the execution of M&A projects : from evaluating, to structuring LOI and offer letters, support/coordinate due diligence processes and prepare/participate in negotiations

• Build balanced relationships with business stakeholders and counterparties which whom you will participate to the negotiation

What you need to have: 

• Strong academic background: Masters in a numerical discipline (Business, Finance, Econometrics, Engineering, etc.)

• 3 to 6 years of work experience, preferably in an international environment; corporate M&A, investment banking, transaction services. Having an operational experience in cloud/data/cyber is a plus

• Extensive experience with excel/google sheet and presentation tools (how to build a story)

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English  and German/Spanish

• The ideal candidate will have an international background, with a working experience demonstrating a M&A capacity of 3 to 6 years

  • Hands-on, agile and flexible

• General knowledge of the industry is plus, but not a requirement
