• 3+ years' Executive Office experience within Government entities is a must

• In-depth understanding of and extensive experience in high level committees’ management, governance framework, tasks management, relationship management and project management

• Ability to develop or/and execute leading edge strategic tasks follow up and execution practices

• Mature demeanor, positive attitude, highly organized and discrete

• Outstanding analytical, high capacity for conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills    combines business sense with commercial acumen

• Team player and leader that possesses cultural awareness and sensitivity

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence all levels and add value

• Acts as a role model and to mentor and train other members of the team/office, business unit members and to foster a cohesive high-performance team   environment.

• Ability to communicate complex solutions & propositions verbally and visually

• A Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science and/or Management related discipline 

• MBA or a Master’s degree in one of these disciplines would be preferred
