Job Description

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an ServiceNow CTO, who is experienced with all aspects of ServiceNow services and products. You will have delivered a range of projects from enabling customers to set-up ServiceNow Platforms, consulting and leading Enterprise Clients on Implementing ServiceNow strategy and delivery. You need to “live” ServiceNow and be passionate to our customers about the benefits and value it brings. We have big growth ambitions for 2022/2023 and are looking for people who want to build out their own practice in an ambitious company. Your responsibilities will be:
●      Technical Leadership Provides overall technical architecture leadership and ServiceNow best practice. Be aligned with all new ServiceNow functionality and propositions. Position ServiceNow at the forefront for our customers as the single enterprise platform of choice
●      ServiceNow & ESM Evangelist: Drives personal and business eminence through thought leadership across the ServiceNow practice
●      An ServiceNow Role Model: Support the growth of Devoteam’s people, and our client’s people in understanding and delivering the best solutions on ServiceNow. You enjoy training people on ServiceNow and are a Devoteam ambassador at ServiceNow events. Being that ServiceNow Expert within the practice.
●      Team alignment and Delivery: Support the wider N Pillar team including Delivery, Sales and Presales.
●      Engagement Management: Excel in leading client engagements. Manage stakeholder relationships, identify business needs, problems and solutions. Delight your clients!
●      Help win new business: Have supported sales teams to win new work, through client workshops, contributing to bid documents or identifying new opportunities.

Who are you?

●      Highly ServiceNow certified: Ideally you will hold 5+ ServiceNow certifications at Professional and Speciality levels. You will keep up with all the latest ServiceNow release & functional development improvements. Attend ServiceNow events, forums and/or user group sessions
●      Experienced in delivering ServiceNow projects: You will feel comfortable in all aspects related to advising, architecting and delivering ServiceNow projects. You will have delivered Consultancy services to customers at all levels; ensuring best practice, guidance and technical governance and standards are at the fore.
●      Technically hands-on: Experience with architecting and delivering projects with the breadth of ServiceNow services. You know, understand and are able to articulate functional areas of ServiceNow to customers at all levels.
●      Thought Leader: You are a leader in your field. You are interested in contributing to thought leadership, writing blogs and/or white papers. Helping customers modernise and get the most out of data is your passion. You understand and are “known and respected” within the ServiceNow Ecosystem, contributing ideas and leading discussions and themes
●      People Leader: Has experience of coaching, mentoring and developing junior talent. Has built out their own team or practice and calls on their team to help solve challenges.
●      Passionate about joining a growing business: Though client delivery will be a priority for the role, it will also involve a wide variety of other activities to support the on-going growth of our business going forward. Business development activities, evangelising Cloud topics, managing a team and collaborating with our European colleagues.

Location: We have offices in London, where you will need to attend regularly. However, we acknowledge that people should work where they work best and many of our people are based remotely.
