The Role:

· Devoteam's Business Development team is looking for highly motivated Sales Professionals to join our fast Growing Salesforce/Mulesoft team

· As a MuleSoft Sales Professional, you will be part of a high performing Sales organization focuses on the highest quality, quantity, and velocity of strategic pipeline through deep discovery and research, engaging and inspiring prospects towards the path of success in the budding API economy.

The Ideal Candidate Will

· Consistently hit quota and have mastered the basic workflow

· Capable of owning a customer meeting and effectively selling into VP and C-Levels of multi-billion dollar revenue companies

· Build mastery in Challenger Selling and MuleSoft's Outcome Based Selling methodology

· Mentor and train others in the role

What you’ll need to be successful:

· Strong academic background and performance

· Experience of New Logo Acquisition

· Familiar With the Salesforce Ecosystem

· Quantitative track record of exceptional performance in a competitive Sales Environment

· Experience with failure and track record of learning and engaging new ideas

· Strong Interpersonal Skills with a track record of building lasting relationships

· Ability to work independently and take ownership of your book of work

· A challenging mind-set with the ability to think outside the box

· Opportunity to travel (not required)
