• Proven experience in: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Agent, Common Data Service
• In depth knowledge of other Microsoft stack technologies (such as SQL Server, IIS, ADFS, Exchange, Visual Studio)
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, or other CRM system is desirable
• Preferred Office 365, Azure and SharePoint Administration experience
• Preferred Mobile application development and support, JSON and Kusto query languages
• Exhibit analysis, problem resolution, judgment and decision making skill s in order to assist customer with their technical issue.
