• Work alongside the responsible coach to develop and manage training programs for all athletes, which includes planning and conducting daily practices, strength training, and injury prevention programs.
• Support the responsible coach with pre and post practice sessions; lead workouts when head coach is not available
• Scout talent for potential recruitment for team; build relationships with both athletes and coaches to identify potential recruits.
• Work with Sports Marketing to manage all aspects of marketing the athletic projects and community involvement.

•  Should be at least a global champion or trained an Olympian medalists
• Five years or greater experience in an elite performance setting
• Three years or greater experience in a multi-disciplinary setting o PCS (pediatric specialty certification) a plus
• Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree in physiotherapy o Experience in Football/ Olympic sports: athletics / handball / judo.
• Experience with working in clubs and or federations
•  Fluent in English
• Ability to work professionally and efficiently with partners, athletes, and coaches Computer proficiency required with office software - i.e. PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, Dartfish
