We are currently looking for an energetic, results-driven Account Executive with relevant experience in Software or IT Solution selling. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities in the Enterprise and mid-market, acquiring new customers, and increasing our customer lifetime value. You should also be a self-starter, prepared to proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities. The ideal candidates should have a solid track record of selling cloud solutions in the APAC market, an understanding of technology and business correlations, and a solution-oriented approach to customer relations. Your soft skills and ability to listen and respond with the right solution will be your key to success.
Typical daily activities include:
Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities and building the relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the monday.com solution and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI
Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
Act as an escalation point-of-contact for relationship and commercial issues
Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximise the value from their monday.com solution
2+ years experience working as an Account Executive at a SaaS company – a must.
Proven experience in up-sell and cross-sell deals - a must.
English speaker - a must
Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships.
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
Excellent written and oral communication skills
