As a Service Delivery Manager at Devoteam, you will be part of a unit of highly skilled technical individuals. You will work closely with the Country Manager to ensure the quality and effective delivery of the MSP unit to our clients. 

Typical daily tasks

• Management of the team workload and tasks

• Design and implementation of efficient development delivery processes

• Development of the service catalogue 

• Supporting sales and discussing needs with customers

• Analysing needs and writing runbooks 

• Proposing viable long term, cost-effective MSP solutions

• Coaching of the service delivery team

• Suggesting and developing our own MSP tools

• Onboarding of the clients to Partner Premium Led Support and Managed Services 

• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with clients 

• Implement GCP Center of Excellence best practices in performance and availability of applications running in the public cloud according to Google Cloud Managed Services standards.

• Develop runbook for clients 

• Develop Service Catalogue 

• Help in Implementing best practices for monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and load testing of cloud-native applications running on Google Cloud Platform

• Contribute to the RFIs for GCP Managed Services 

• Mentor the team of other Service delivery Managers to deliver top-notch and innovative managed services in Google Cloud

• Onboard clients and conduct QBRs
