Senior IT Service Manager - Security Vulnerability & Response Focus

This is remote, 100% FTE position, freelancing mode of cooperation, contract with Devoteam, start ASAP/ until the end of 2021, possible prolongation, multiple EU locations possible for cooperation, preferably /Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Germany, Italy, France…/

Could this be your success?

  • You will be the right hand of the global service manager and control centre manager in respect to taking care of the IT security response and remediation service in the organisation. 

  • Your biggest impact and challenge would be to help security remediation and response teams globally to cooperate better, improve efficiency and collaboration with respect to better service quality and delivery. 

  • Your responsibility will be to coordinate efficiently the external vendors as well as internal IT, security operations and business teams and senior stakeholders. 

  • The above should of course be in conjunction to improve efficiency and standards of the service as the service owner.

  • You will encourage and influence various teams to improve quality of the service as well as efficiency and ensure compliance.

  • You can introduce new tools, automation, etc. align better processes and procedures and drive the positive change within the teams to improve the overall business value, move towards the service excellence and teams smoother productivity and better support.  


 Who are we looking for?

We would consider candidates with the senior level of IT security service management knowledge and experience within large, matrix organisations. 

Very good understanding of security services lifecycle, operations, standards, implementation, review, compliance etc. especially focused on security remediation and response. 

Here, the technical  tools, trends and knowledge regarding security remediation and response will make it easier for you to support and influence respective teams and be able to advise them when necessary. / e.g Servicenow, Qualys… /

This role is suitable for a person, with a structured approach, excellent analytical and communication skills and change management abilities.

The English language is the official communication language but any other languages and multicultural environment experience are very much welcome. 

You definitely will need a sense of ownership in your performance and are willing to impact the company’s success.
