As a Cloud Solutions Engineer you will work as a joint delivery team between the customer and the project team to design, setup, and execute complex implementations of different SaaS solutions like Google Workspace and monday.com to our customers. You will:

• Work together as a team with Delivery Manager and Sales to understand and assess customer requirements, provide implementation plan and execution.

• Take responsibility for technical aspects of solutions to include such activities as supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical resources.

• Leverage Google Cloud technologies with an understanding of cloud architecture and Google Cloud Platform, provide implementation and integrations based on client need.

• Design, develop, and manage robust, secure, scalable, highly available and dynamic solutions to drive business objectives.

• Provide professional service and post sales based on client requirements.

• Occasionally provide on-site service in client location (currently limited in accordance with health and safety requirements).

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 5 years of experience as a pre-sales engineer, or equivalent, in a customer-facing role

• 1-3 years of programming experience in Linux Shell, Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or Ruby

• Experience in public cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, MS Exchange, Active Directory/LDAP

• Excellent organisation and communication skills

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must; knowledge of Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is an additional asset

• Experience with presentations and delivering technical pitches

Additional qualifications:

• Certification of Google Professional Collaboration Engineer and/or Google Cloud Architect; other cloud platform certifications or the ability to obtain one in a short period of time

• Familiarity with monday.com Apps or Google App Scripting

• Familiarity with Restful framework (Django, Flask, Falcon, etc)

• Scrum Developer experience

• DevOps teams experience

• Full-stack development experience

• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
