Job Description

We are currently looking for an energetic, results-driven Account Executive with relevant Software or IT Solution selling experience. Ideal candidates should have a solid track record of selling cloud solutions in the Norwegian market, an understanding of technology and business correlations as well as a solution-oriented approach to customer relations.
As Account Executive at Devoteam, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, acquiring new customers and increasing our customer lifetime value. 
The Sales team has the overall responsibility for customer’s cloud journey success and works closely with our Professional Services (responsible for development, implementation, change and project management). 


  • BA/MA degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English

  • 5+ years’ experience and proven track record in solution sales within the software industry

  • Strong focus on delivering customer success with a consultative, outcome-based commercial approach

  • A proven track record related to Sales achievements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English

  • Experience working with Google, Microsoft, AWS or partners

  • Experience at a consulting firm or similar

Our Sales team helps our customers move to the cloud. The team is an extension of our customers’ internal IT and development teams, supporting them in managing their SaaS, Iaas, and PaaS environments. The team is passionate about moving to the cloud and helping our customers plan and execute their cloud strategies.
