The PMO - Talent & Learning is reporting to the Chief Talent & Learning Officer and is part of a corporate team in charge of :

• Coordonate the portfolio of projects for the Talent & Learning team.

• Working closely with the Chief Talent & Learning Officer & project leaders you are the PMO of strategic projects (knowledge management, talent management,...).

• Coordinate projects lifecycle, organise key milestone events (kick-off, workshops etc.), solve issues, be an active contributor to the success of strategic projects. 

• Supervise projects and be responsible for them. Organise and support the setting of our strategic projects, update follow-up status reports.

• Prepare project presentation and follow-ups, producing reports. Prepare and lead key meetings.

• You are graduate from a business school or master’s degree, you have minimum 2/3 years of professional experience, ideally on a PMO position, change management or project management

• Core skills in projects steering, planning, clear presentation, and communication

• Hands-on professional, you are organized, rigorous and you have strong interpersonal skills : proactivity, initiative, deadline driven

• You have a strong capacity for communication, analysis and synthesis

• Your English is fluent, international profile is highly valued. You lived abroad and have a good understanding of a worldwide environment 

• Bonus: you have knowledge and skills to understand HR environment
