About the Role: 

Our new Recruiter will be working globally on recruitment processes in IT, Sales and Marketing and coordinate the whole recruitment process. The daily tasks will focus on researching and contacting candidates on LinkedIn, screening applications, scheduling and driving interviews and providing feedback to candidates. Part of the job is also publishing and creating job ads and supporting other recruiters in their work. The perfect candidate is a fast-learner proactive individual with amazing communication skills and an ambition to develop in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written is a must. 

• Experience in recruitment preferably in an international company. 

• Experience in IT recruitments

• Basic understanding of cloud solutions

• Curiosity and willingness to learn

Other qualifications:

• MS/BA in a relevant field

• Fluency in using digital tools

• Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter

• Fluency in other additional languages
