About the Role:

As a Sales Growth Assistant in the Sales team your main mission will be prospecting and  generating leads for the sales team to follow up on. A typical day will consist of profiling on LinkedIn, emailing and calling prospects and setting up meetings for the Sales team. You will also be responsible for generating an audience for Devoteam organised webinars, future events and help to create marketing materials. The work will be dynamic, exciting, challenging and rewarding.


We’re looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and open person with well-developed communication skills. This job assignment will require a high level of activity and drive as well as a passion for technology, especially Cloud Computing. As the role requires managing various tasks, our new Growth Assistant should be able to organize their work and duties easily.  Proficiency in Polish and English is a must. 

It would be nice if you are or have:

  • A student or graduate in E-Business, Digital Marketing, Business Informatics, Business Administration & Management

  • Call Center experience

  • BANT qualification experience

  • Understanding of social media such as Twitter, Quora, Facebook

  • Understanding of cloud technologies

  • Tech-savvy

  • Experience working for Independent Software Vendors or Cloud vendors

  • Understanding of workplace applications and tools

  • Understanding of IaaS and PaaS models

  • Experience in a corporate or startup environment is highly desirable

You will be an essential member of a dynamic Sales team in an established company that is currently in a rapid expansion phase. The Sales teams work locally, but they are part of one global organisation, cooperating with colleagues from other markets, exchanging ideas and experiences.
