Job Description

About the Team:

You will be an important member of a dynamic Sales team in an established company that is currently in a rapid expansion phase. The Sales teams work locally, but they are part of one global organisation, cooperating with colleagues from other markets, exchanging ideas and experiences.

About the Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative in the Sales team your daily work will evolve around supporting our Salespeople in finding new prospects, researching potential customers, verifying leads and eventually building relationships with current customers from the SMB segment. Working with a team of experienced colleagues will allow you to learn quickly and gain valuable experience allowing you to grow in the position. The work will be dynamic, exciting, challenging  and rewarding.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a junior employee, an energetic, proactive, and open person with well developed communication skills. As the role requires managing a lot of different tasks, our new Representative  should be able to easily organise their work and duties. Proficiency in Polish and English is a must.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies

  • Experience with G Suite

  • Tech-savvy

Other qualifications:

  • Call center/customer service experience

  • Understanding of workplace applications and tools
