About the Team:
Our Sales team helps our clients to define and scope their challenges and design different solutions with the help of Google Cloud technology. . The team is an extension of our customers’ internal IT and development teams, supporting them in the management of their SaaS, Iaas, and PaaS environments. The team is passionate about cloud technologies and helping our customers plan and execute their cloud strategies. As part of the Devoteam group we work in a multicultural, global environment of supportive and open-minded professionals collaborating with their colleagues in different geographies mainly in EMEA
About the Role:
We are currently looking for an energetic, results-driven Client Executive with relevant experience in Software or IT Solution selling. Ideal candidates should have a solid track record of selling cloud solutions in the Swedish market, an understanding of technology and business correlations as well as a solution oriented approach to customer relations.
As Client Executive at Avalon by Devoteam, will you be responsible for driving new business opportunities, acquiring new customers and increasing our customer lifetime value.
The Sales team has the overall responsibility for customer’s cloud journey success and is working closely with our Professional Services (responsible for development, implementation, change and project management).
Generating new sales to achieve our goals and revenue targets
Working with new customers to build a deep understanding of their business needs
Acquiring and managing a new portfolio of customers
Owning and managing the entire end–to-end sales process to deliver against key performance metrics
Creating compelling value propositions for our Partners and Professional Services
Establishing a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts
Building a close relationship with both the Devoteam group and our partners like Google, Salesforce and Okta
Engaging in Sales and Marketing initiatives like events and workshops
Owning and managing a precise forecast on a monthly and quarterly basis (internally and with our key strategic partners)
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
3-5 years’ experience and proven track record in solution sales within the software industry
Strong focus on delivering customer success with a consultative, outcome-based commercial approach
A Proven track record related to Sales achievements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
Experience in selling Google services/products and/or Salesforce
Experience in Public cloud and/or Infrastructure
Experience of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience
A proven record in selling professional services
Customer network throughout the Nordics is a plus
