About the Team:
Our Sales team helps our customers with moving to the cloud. The team is passionate about moving to the cloud and helping our customers plan and execute their cloud strategies. As part of the Devoteam group we work in a multicultural, global environment of supportive and open-minded professionals collaborating with their colleagues in different geographies.
About the Role:
You will be a subject matter expert for the digital transformation of existing and new public sector accounts. You will build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor driving engagement with decision-makers. You will help customers evaluate their cloud strategy, determine approaches to application and data migration and modernization, and recommend solutions that meet their requirements. You will also collaborate with the extended sales team, partners, and our Marketing Team. You will provide effective account management to existing Public Sector accounts, maximise revenue, identify new business opportunities, generate new leads through territory planning, campaigns, events, demos, and conduct personal campaigns to discover new opportunities.
Experience (3-5 years) in public sector sales, a proven track record of growing and retaining public sector accounts
Strong results-orientated mindset, familiarity with sales strategies and value propositions
An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
Overview of the competitive landscape
Leadership skills, ability to orchestrate across multiple groups to ensure customer outcomes are met
A success-driven personality that works well in a diverse team, and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.
Experience in selling Google, Microsoft or similar products
Fluency in Norwegian and English
