We are looking for a Web Designer to join our marketing team for creating modern-looking digital content, such as corporate website, product websites, blog, landing pages, online advertising campaigns, emails, etc.

We expect the Web Designer to: 

• Update and maintain the overall health of the company’s main websites and the corporate blog; work on their design system and consistency,
• Create attractive landing pages to promote the company’s products and services,
• Focus on improving the overall user experience and conversion rates,
• Cooperate with copywriters, web developers, advertising specialists; gather feedback from users and stakeholders and use it to make improvements on the website,
• Improve existing design solutions while also continuing to evolve the brand language.

Must-have skills: 

• Proficiency in Web design, showcased in your portfolio,
• Strong typography and composition skills,
• Ability to find a balance between aesthetics, business requirements, and project resources,
• Neatness, pixel perfect approach to accuracy, striving for file hygiene,
• Knowledge of how to work with design systems, UI kits,
• Open-mindedness and team-first attitude, being able to criticize in a friendly, manner and accept constructive criticism,
• Deadline consciousness,
• Strong knowledge of Figma, Adobe products,
• General understanding of Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript),
• B2 English.

Nice-to-have skills: 

• Animation skills,
• Interest in investing, readiness to get to know the company’s fintech products,
• Knowledge of other languages.
