The salary range for this role is $12.25 to $13.00.  This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Summary: 

The Customer Account Advisor assists the Accounts Department in lease agreement renewal

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers
  • Protect Company assets
  • Direct immediate contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s) both in the field and on the phone
  • Act as a customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
  • Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals
  • Document all customer appointments in the store computer system
  • Maintain updated customer information
  • Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as directed
  • Perform responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager when directed
  • Safely operate company vehicle
  • Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle
  • Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned
  • Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily
  • Assist the Sales Team as needed

 

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred

 

Required Skills and Competencies:

 

  • Position routinely requires lifting, loading and “dollying” merchandise 50-300 pounds
  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Strong telephone etiquette
  • Good organizational skills
  • Professional groomed appearance
