Compensation: $62,000-$68,000 yearly

Schedule: Wed-Sat 7a.m. until finished

Role Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for keeping the warehouse operating at or below budget, overseeing warehouse activities, including hiring, training and vendor reporting

Essential Competencies of the Role (3 – 6 Primary Areas):

  • Manage labor hours, productivity, and compliance to KPI and operational standards.
  • Maintain HACCP, FESMA, and Best Practice qualifications and ensure audit compliance.
  • Train, develop, and retain all warehouse personnel within company guidelines and best practices.
  • Create balance and sustain our “We” will win as one mentality, in all facets of the company’s purpose, spirit, and vision.
  • Work directly with Human Resources to develop and retain associates through training and leadership programs.
  • Ensure all warehouse personnel successfully complete Safety Training Programs and operate in a safe and clean working environment.
  • Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in distribution and picking systems preferred.
  • 2 year previous leadership experienced required
  • Basic Math Skills.
  • Excellent Computer Skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Must be able to pass a physical, drug screen and a criminal background check.
  • Must be able to be on call 24/7, work nights, weekends, holidays and extra hours as needed to support the 24/7 business operation.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Preferred Qualification (if Applicable):

  • Bilingual- a plus.
  • Logistics/distribution certification preferred.
  • Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
  • Ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs. of product using a four-wheel dolly and/ or drag hook.
  • Ability to stand, bend, turn, twist, reach, pull and push.
