About the team
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team plays a crucial role in the organization by performing budgeting, forecasting and analysis that supports major corporate decisions of the Senior Management.
 

What you will be doing
This position will be responsible for processing all assigned tasks, including, but not limited to:
• Preparation of monthly variance analysis and preliminary forecast for all Labor and non- Labor (Opex) related costs based on employees, project data, trends, and input from business unit finance leaders.
• Significant direct and indirect interaction with business unit finance leaders to understand business developments and changes that may affect costs and expenses.
• As part of the Labor planning process, follow-up with various Dept Heads /hiring managers for Open, Filled and Terminated positions. Primary source data - WD reports.
• Review open positions and update the same in Workforce along with TBH data and other Load adjustments.
• Load final monthly forecast data into HFM (budgeting and forecasting tool).
• Participation in monthly close to identify unusual or erroneous items, as well as the detection of missing capitalization, depreciation, or amortization.
• Prepare Wage Waterfalls, tracked Hiring details/action items with BUFLs so as to meet the cost savings target.
• Responsible for monthly reporting related to non-employment related costs, Investigating queries from business unit finance leaders.
• Ensure monthly reporting activities are completed on time.
 

What you bring
• 2-5 years FPA experience (3-5 years overall experience in GL Accounting/FPA).
• Advanced Excel and Reporting skills, Power BI, Hyperion
• Ability to comprehend, prepare, interpret and analyze Labor/Non-Labor Forecasting Models apart from support in the Monthly Forecasting and Annual Budgeting activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, MBA/Masters, CA/CMA Inter/Final is a plus.
• Strong Analytical and Logical Skills.
• Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and
external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
• Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements (quick learner).
• Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
