Job Duties and Responsibilities

Boost Wireless Creative is an in-house creative department focused on delivering high-impact creative grounded in business knowledge, design expertise and an invested passion for our brands. 

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing final print files for various vendors while adhering to vendor specification, print best practices and brand requirements.
• Assists in all production work for Direct Mail, in store marketing, Buckslips, Envelopes, Print letters and one-sheeters
• Resizing advertising for specific print placements.
• Assist in adjusting designs for approval, as needed. This includes: changes to content hierarchy, text updates, photo selection, cropping, etc.
• Assist in the implementation of proper production processes, including communication of these processes to appropriate team members. 
• Meticulously prepare new logos for use.
• Follow strict file naming conventions and file organization procedures.
• Audit files as necessary. 
• Ensure communication regarding projects is conducted in a timely fashion via multiple channels.
• Digital production on an as-needed basis for emails, banners, etc.
• Maintain accurate time tracking for tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4+ years experience working in a small format print production role. 
• Additional experience in large format printing is a plus. Experience with digital outputs is also a plus.
• Expertise in prepress and print release required
• Knowledge of the following Adobe programs is required: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat. Additional experience with Figma is a plus.
• Basic understanding of design principles.
• Excellent time management and file organization skills.
• Technically proficient, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Process-oriented, with the ability to provide input regarding possible areas of improvement as needed.
• Proven track record of working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Self-managed with strong communication skills.

Salary Range

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
