Service Recovery Delays and Cancellations

Facilitate Patient Flow via EPIC

Patient Experience and employee observation rounding

Equipment Rounding and Inventory

Daily Huddles

Call out coverage responsibility - Finding coverage

Managing Lunch Breaks – coverage

Assist with Monthly and Annual Training

Supports New Hire On-Boarding and Training

Responsible for Annual Performance Reviews


Education Requirements

High School / GED required.  Bachelor's Degree Preferred.


License/Certification Requirements

CPR


Special Requirements

Communication – Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers

Basic Microsoft Office Skills

Epic Transport Command Center
