Preventative and predictive scheduled maintenance of mechanical systems throughout complex. 

Trouble shooting and repair of HVAC equipment, motors, pumps, compressors, and all other  life safety equipment.

Experience Required

5 years trade experience

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent or Trade School.
