Utilities Administrator
£21,500 per annum
Full Time Permanent; Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

Residential Management Group Ltd is a large, established, market leading property management company and due to continued growth we are recruiting an Utilities Administrator to join our Back Office team to undertake the Investigation and resolution of Utility disconnections and reminders.
The Role of Utilities Administrator
- Investigate and resolve queries regarding disconnection of utility supplies.
- Processing/investigating and resolving utility reminders received.
- Utility statement reconciliations.
- Weekly reporting with major utility suppliers.
- Interacting with both internal customers and suppliers via telephone and email.
- Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers.
Skills & Experience of the Utilities Administrator
- Minimum 12 months experience in an administrative role/office environment
- Excel and data manipulation skills
