The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator is part of the functional, global and operational Talent Acquisition operations team. This role reports into the Head of Leadership Recruitment and the role can be based in regional HQ’s or Amsterdam, depending on where the team is based.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an essential part of the Talent Acquisition team’s success and the continued growth of our business. The Senior recruitment coordinator is a craft expert and a point of reference for other recruitment coordinators and provides mentorship and guidance to core recruitment coordinators through onboarding, coaching and development sessions. The senior recruitment coordinator leads global strategic initiatives focused on process optimisation, operational excellence, candidates and interviewer experience in close collaboration with the RC Manager.
The role requires strong organisational skills and to be extremely detail oriented, while building strong relationships with a different range of stakeholders (hiring managers, interviewers, recruiters, peers, external vendors). A deep understanding of how processes, policies and systems work is a must. This role supports TA teams and the business throughout the interview and hiring process with a different range of responsibilities: scheduling interviews, liaising with hiring managers and interviewers, managing interviewing pools on a day to day basis, pre-employment screening, offer management, data quality management, compliance related activities, managing interview days, maintaining files and systems, providing assistance to candidates/applicants.

Responsibilities:
- Supports all talent acquisition activities such as scheduling interviews, managing interview days, and providing assistance to candidates/applicants/hiring managers and interviewers
- Self-sufficient coordination craft expert (could be in remote locations such as NORAM, APAC) and able to work with little direct supervision
- Drives and executes the pre-employment screening process. Liaises with vendor and supports with the adjudication process
- Responsible for offer management to candidates. Ensures high data quality and compliance of offers
- Works in close collaboration with RC Manager providing support and input on process improvement and onboarding of new hires
- Provides mentorship and coaching to team members and new joiners through 1:1 sessions, learning initiatives and projects
- Leads strategic projects focused on innovation, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, current and new tooling, candidate experience delivering impact on hiring speed, quality and efficiency
- Partners with key (senior) stakeholders as a strategic business partner to ensure consistency and alignment on coordination processes, interviewing guidelines and tools
- Expert in the workings of TA systems and an advisor to stakeholders impacted by and supports TA teams in keeping our system data 100% clean, consistent and accurate
- Reporting on several aspects of TA hiring, using the data to provide business updates, reports and visual dashboards for stakeholders all the way up to director level
- Schedule interviews for a different range of roles ( high volume and senior) and tracks and maintains all interviewer lists, candidate communication and data in relevant files and systems
- Books all domestic and international candidate travel, arranges necessary visa letters and manages candidate expenses associated with interviews
- Displays Booking Values as a role model for the team
Requirements:
- 3+ years previous experience in a operational/business support/executive assistant role, preferably in a large/multinational organisation
- Has strong organizational skills, prioritization skills, the ability to manage operational processes and make decisions, while maintaining extreme attention to detail
- Has a strong work ethic; self-directed, resourceful, works independently, motivated by own drive and enthusiasm, has demonstrated the ability to work well in a team
