As our Head of Digital Enabler, you will drive digital initiatives that simplify the way we work, strengthen collaboration across international teams and help transform ideas into business value.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You are an experienced leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You know how to navigate complex organizations, build relationships across cultures and motivate teams through change. 

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:

• Master's degree and at least 5 years of leadership experience in a corporate environment. 
• Excellent English (C1) and German (minimum B2). 
• Proven experience leading international teams and driving organizational or digital transformation. 
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels. 
• Experience managing budgets, resources and business priorities. 
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering measurable business value. 
• The ability to inspire people, make decisions and create an environment where teams can perform at their best.

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2420€ /brutto.
