Job Description

Purpose

Interface between SC OPM/SDM / Service Owner (Customer) and SC OPM or OPM (both local) / operation in defined field in order to keep quality of the production.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Coordinate Operations with Data Center Teams: Coordinate and support hardware lifecycle activities (installs, GPU upgrades, storage expansion, firmware updates) and manage server/network interconnections and related documentation (NetBox).
  • Coordinate Server & Node Management: Provision and maintain bare-metal servers and GPU nodes (PXE boot, OS installs, firmware updates).
  • Operate NVIDIA AI related infrastructure stack 
  • Responsible for Automation & IaC: Develop and maintain Ansible and Terraform playbooks to automate provisioning, configuration, and deployments.
  • Responsible for OS & Firmware Management: Maintain Debian-based environments, apply patches, and manage firmware upgrades at scale.
  • Coordinate Identity & Access Management: Integrate and maintain Keycloak, Entra ID / CAIMAN, and AD for user authentication and authorization.
  • Responsible for Run AI & HPC Workloads: Support and operate distributed AI workloads within bare metal hosts and Kubernetes environments.
  • Responsible for Monitoring & Observability: Operate Prometheus and Grafana stacks for proactive infrastructure monitoring and alerting.
  • Coordinate Storage Administration: Manage high-performance storage environments (WEKA by Hitachi).
  • ITIL Processes: Follow and improve incident, problem, and change management workflows; document runbooks and standard operating procedures. Adhere to ZERO Outage guidelines.
  • Consult and provide project deliverables to fulfil the project scope with focus on Nvidia technology stack.
  • Responsible for KPIs and SLAs / OLAs of the contracted services.
  • Accountable for technical content of operational / specialized technical concepts.
  • Deliver input for resource planning to ensure operational stability.
  • Ensure the quality of provided services and provides operational support.
  • Coordinate, manage and monitor operational performance.
  • Identify, formulate and implement the improvement of processes and policies to maximize operational output.
  • Operational interface between the production, the service delivery management (SDM) and other delivery units for the ordered delivery elements.
  • Explanation of production options for SDM.
  • Accountable for the default reporting ordered by the SDM.
  • Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of provided services.
  • Single point of contact towards the internal customer.
  • Responsible for reviewing financial statements and data and utilizes financial data to improve the profitability of the service chain / delivery account with SDM. (optional).
  • Prepare and control operational budgets plans effective strategies for the financial well-being of operation.(optional).
  • Manage customer support to the extent of his functionality and supports sales activities together with the SDM organization. (optional).              

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

  • Have a Master`s degree in Information technologies and at least 6 years of experience in the field
  • Hold an ITIL higher certification  (advanced modules)
  • Are advanced in MS Office
  • Have intermediate platform knowledge
  • Can communicate effectively and have strong presentation skills
  • Have good negotiation skills
  • Are a team player
  • Demonstrate a basic level of finance literacy
  • Have an experience with Project management and Quality management
  • Have a good process overview
  • Possess leadership skills
  • Speak English at C1 level
  • Are stress-resistant
  • Have a proactive approach with willingness to drive change
  • Have customer, value, result and performance orientation

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1600 € /brutto.
