Job Description

Purpose

Support managers in a variety of ways:
Transparency of business results, finance & processes in the company.
To prevent managers from making inefficient decisions which are based on strategy of division. To provide all relevant controlling information to managers, which are used for decision making. To coordinate preparation of the plans & sub- plans, which are oriented to ensure successful future of the company. To develop & maintain controlling systems.

                                                                             

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Supporting FC Business partner for CPS (Cloud Professional Services)
  • Ensure all Financial duties for the business area
  • Month end closing activities assigned
  • Financial and Operational KPI reporting preparation and development
  • Coordination and support of Monthly forecasting process and planning activities
  • Maintenance of Project like WBS clean up, Inventory clean up etc.
  • Preparation and of monthly Financial/KPI Reviews with CPS Tribe Leads, Resource Management and COO
  • Pre-sales support for CPS projects
  • Ensure Financial transparency.
  • Ensure global financial collaboration with FC partners.

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

  • Have Business Administration Degree with min of 4-5 years of progressive experience in similar positions.
  • Have experiences with Accounting - 4 years
  • Advanced knowledge and Excel and working knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage.
  • Automation of excel report using Power Query and knowledge of Power BI for financial analysis and reporting
  • Fluent in English with experience dealing with complex and international environments
  • An independent, self-motivated individual with a positive, business-oriented and collaboration attitude
  • An analytical thinker with problem solving.
  • Strong communicator, both written & verbal.

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1500 € /brutto.
