Purpose

We are looking for a motivated Rubik Azure Engineer with strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Rubrik backup technologies. The candidate will be responsible for supporting, designing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions in the Azure environment, also in the Rubrik Backup environment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Operate and support Azure-based infrastructure and Rubrik backup solutions. 
• Manage and resolve incidents, changes, and problem tickets related to Azure and Rubik environments. 
• Participate in solution design, implementation, and optimization activities. 
• Contribute to continuous service improvements and automation initiatives. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and secure operations. 
• Actively learn and develop skills in Rubik and Azure technologies to enhance team capabilities. 

Scope of Work

• Work independently or as part of the Storage & Backup team to implement and maintain backup and storage solutions. 
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational best practices in the Azure environment. 
• Support deployments and configuration management across hybrid or multi-cloud infrastructures. 

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

Have at least 3 years of experience with the following: 

• Microsoft Azure (administration, configuration, or resource management) 
• Storage technologies (Azure Storage, Blob, Files, or traditional SAN/NAS)  
• Rubrik backup solutions 
• ITIL-based operations (incident/change/problem management) 

Optional / Nice to Have: 

• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Terraform) 
• Knowledge of monitoring and automation tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics) 

Desired Certifications: 

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) 
• ITIL Foundation 

Languages: 

• English – Upper Intermediate (B2) 
• German – Advantage (nice to have) 

Other Criteria or Requirements: 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to learning new technologies. 
• Organized in planning implementation steps and aligning with relevant stakeholders. 
• Team player with good communication and collaboration skills. 
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously develop technical competencies, especially in Rubik and Azure areas.

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1850€ /brutto.
