General description
Head of Team takes care of and acts as a main point of contact for highly complex day to day coordination and steering of one section within a company. Head of Team communicates company and team goals, safety practices and deadlines to team and is responsible for their implementation by effective resource management, planning and evaluating activities in the assigned area of responsibility. Head of Team provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Head of Team takes care of People, Quality & Budget.
You will:
- Act according to valid legislation and Slovak Labor code.
- Process and service delivery
- Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders for effective communication and expansion of existing operational capabilities in the nearshore in line with unit strategy.
- Develop and implement mid-term tactical plans and implementation projects for new business pipeline, manage order pipeline on a project basis and sign-off takeover into operation documentation with process owners.
- Operationally manage critical situations and solve escalations to provide seamless service delivery and effective service to clients.
- Support pre-sales activities, contract negotiations, customer visits, new customer onboarding, business operations functions, and process documentation.
- Request and monitor purchase order entry and ensure all POs to be available before start of business.
- Collect and provide feedback on contract terms and condition compliance.
Qualifications
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- have minimum 3 years experience with leading teams
- hold Master´s degree in the field relevant for this position
- speak English at least on B2 level
- have good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1500€ /brutto.
