Job Description
As a Financial Controller you will be part of controlling team for our Cloud Business. Besides standard controlling tasks you will implement new structures in our reporting system.
General Purpose
Support managers in a variety of ways:
Transparency of business results, finance & processes in the company.
To prevent managers from making inefficient decisions which are based on strategy of division. To provide all relevant controlling information to managers, which are used for decision making. To coordinate preparation of the plans & sub- plans, which are oriented to ensure successful future of the company. To develop & maintain controlling systems.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Transfer Pricing Planning
- Reporting, Forecasting, Month end Closing
- R&D Controlling
- Controlling of business between subsidiaries
- Perform operational controlling tasks in medium & high complexity
- Process control in the respective business environment
- Coordination of relevant closing processes for specific business areas
- Preparation of the plans & sub- plans
- Activities in the monthly closing process by taking into account continual service improvement
- Maintain internal standards, processes and routines based on group requirements
- Support Team leader by in optimization of processes and outputs
- Guide and coach Controllers 1& 2 and train new team members
- Held trainings for other colleagues
Qualifications
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- have strong analytical skills
- have strong Reporting skills in Excel
- are fluent in English, ideally also German skills
- are good team member
- have economics education – Bachelor
- have experiences with Controlling and/or accounting (4 years)
- have communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- have experiences with SAP – Advanced
- have experiences with Budgeting – Intermediate
- have experiences with Business case creation – Intermediate
- have E2E financial process understanding – Advanced
- have profitability improvements - Advanced
- are process oriented

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1500 € /brutto.
