Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Product Owner to join our team in Kosice, Slovakia. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy, defining features, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs.
WHAT WILL YOU DO :
1. The Customer & Market Understander
• Evaluates customer/user & stakeholder needs
• Obtains feedback on the product
• Defines requirements in the product backlog
• Understands competitive activities
• Keeps an eye on release cycles
2. The Entrepreneur
• Develops and communicates the product vision
• Markets the mission, product and value proposition
• Creates transparency about the added value
• Ensures a cross-functional team with different personalities
3. The value architect
• Works closely with the dev team and is available to answer questions
• Prioritizes and is responsible for the product backlog
• Optimizes the value of the team's work
• Balances costs and benefits against each other
• Coordinates requirements with other product owners in the Digital Hub
With a clear picture of your vision, you maximize the value of the product and enter into a progress-oriented exchange with its stakeholders.

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1600€ /brutto.
