Job Description

Purpose

Main purpose of this job is to organize and implement the relevant processes DTAG wide. Manage the process rollout (in time, budget, quality), measured through process implementation checks. Provide process consultancy in strategic Automation Projects and Quality initiatives and to govern process quality and effectiveness by acting as a quality control in process optimization programs

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • You will design and develop complex business processes
  • Create and document high- and low-level process documentation with Tasks, Roles, Systems, Input/Output Data and support design of Graphical User Interfaces.
  • Review and handle dependencies on other functions and teams
  • Support the preparation and execution of functional testing by providing all process information and process steps.
  • Design and develop key performance indicators measuring process quality and efficiency at an enterprise level.
  • Analyze KPI results and identify gaps and variances in existing processes/procedures.
  • Coordinate, organize and manage activities related to Communities of Practice (CoP) and Process Improvement Team (PIT).
  • You will develop the content of training materials relevant to the process and participate in the implementation of the Quality Academy

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

  • Have minimum 5 years experience at Process organization and quality management
  • Have certification at ITIL foundation
  • Are experienced at MS Office, PC Skills, Service Now Solutions
  • Have knowledge of Siebel, Netcracker, SAP, Salesforce, Juniper CSO, Juniper Mist...
  • Have experience working with development methodologies such as SAFe, Agile, Scrum, Kanban
  • Have good skills as Analytical thinking, Strong communication, Organizational skills, Flexibility,  Ability to work autonomously , Project management
  • If you are familiar with BPNM Modeling language, agile tools
  • Speak English at least on B2 level

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1550€ /brutto.
