Job Description
Purpose
Responsible for the conceptual design, architecture and the technical solution using multiple technologies and corresponding vendors. Guarantees realization, implementation and functionality of the developed solution. The role includes consultancy for potential customer in presales period, analysis of customer demands, conversion of the requirements into a technical specification, evaluation of production costs. Additionally steers the international team of experts in order to deliver solution and to define the SLA’s specifications including the transition and transformation phase to handover solution to support/operational delivery units.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Define and implement common guardrails for future global HR processes and IT templates for T-Systems relevant HR IT solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors /Employee Central and Eightfold
- Review and evaluate standardized global HR process designs and IT implementation plan, starting with global recruiting, personnel master data management and functional organization
- Define, organize and host central governance (Design Authority process and approval board) for global HR process IT implementation
- Define and manage collaboration with relevant cross-functional Business Owners (HR) for planning and execution of measures
- Support Business Owner from HR to develop a common target picture and plans for implementation
- Align DT driven corporate measures and initiatives with TDU strategy, planning and budgeting
- Create transparency towards all stakeholders about the status and risks of measures
- Create insightful presentations and steerco recommendations
- Manage related documentation including project plans, status reports and risk assessments ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Analyze TSI HR IT Landscape, identify redundancies and initiate harmonization approaches
- Evaluate demands for new applications and assess the functional requirements
- Steer the rollouts of global IT systems across the relevant entities
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT Management, Human Resource Management or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in a consulting, process IT or transformation management role preferrably close to HR, HR IT in a SAP and Master Data Management context
- Deep business knowledge with regards to HR business processes esp. Recruiting, People Master Data Management and Functional Organizations
- Good IT knowledge with regards to HR IT SAP platforms esp. SAP Success Factors/Employee Central. Ideally eightfold (not a must)
- Project experience in HR global process standardization, template development and rollout
- Project experience in building governance structures for global HR IT templates and applications
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to enable strategic decision-making
- Proficiency in presentation creation, communication and delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage, influence and steer relevant stakeholders
- Proven project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines and drive results in a fast-paced digitalization environment
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation
- Result-oriented and pragmatic working mindset
- English fluent in written and spoken. German preferred (not a must)
- Willingness to travel if required (<25%)

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2 500€ /brutto.
