Job Description

Purpose

We are the team of customer-oriented experts who possess both specialized knowledge and a strong focus on providing excellent customer service. Our team excel not only in their expertise but also in understanding and meeting the needs of their customers or clients.

We are looking for service chain operation manager with knowledge about storage and backup technology to manage the service operation team, and handles customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. The service chain operation manager ensures excellent customer service, maintains strong relationships with one of TOP customer of our company and third-party vendors.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing operational team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met.

    • Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.

    • Managing Collecting data for KPI reporting of all orders validated by quality gate

    • Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.

    • Supporting development of new employees in company procedures.

          

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Are fluent in German and English language (B2 or C1)

• Have IT technical overview (SAN/NAS/backup tools)

• Have problem solving ability and you are result orientated as well as Customer oriented person

• Have leadership, communication and negotiation skills

• You are a good team player

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary wouldn't be lower than 1350€/brutto.
