Job Description

Purpose

Business Operation Expert works independently with minimal guidance to transparently deliver medium-complexity and confidential support tasks and projects within the Business Operations Portfolio areas (administration, data analysis, data gathering, project coordinating). Uses portfolio-specific systems, tools and functions to deliver the day-to-day tasks/services required by the stakeholders.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Administrative and general support duties / calendar organization, meeting organization, orders management, access management/ order by stakeholder / local or international/ 
  • Monitors and gathers medium complexity data
  • Prepares, processes and finalizes documents and specialist reports (e.g. business-related documents, financial documents, reports etc.).
  • Facilitates/moderates, organizes, prepares and supports meetings, calls, video conferences for stakeholders.
  • Monitors medium-complexity products, services, projects and processes to meet the defined quality standards by applying methods and techniques.
  • Fulfills other support duties and responsibilities as required by stakeholder.

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in business Assistance, management support and project support.
  • Are proficient in data gathering and data analysis.
  • Have advanced communication skills.
  • Are a team player and a goal-orientated person.
  • Are advanced in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Have experience with collaborative tools.
  • Have good skills in creating presentations.
  • Speak English (at least B2) and German (at least B1)

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1100€ brutto.
