Job Description

The main purpose of this job is senior technical expert responsibility for design and implementation of an assigned technology.

To serve our B2B customers (for the customer segments DTBS and TDG in Germany) we are driving implementation of B2B business processes within IT area and we use ServiceNow as a platform for digital order management. The further use of ServiceNow as strategic platform and further development was decided. was founded within the DTIT

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

This role includes the further development, design and evolution of the existing IT architecture in the B2B Order Management hub. These include in particular:

  • Content evaluation of business epics and its implementation in IT
  • Collaboration on the architectural runway (architectural vision) and conception of the required NFRs in consultation with the Scrum teams
  • Cooperation and coordination with IT and business stakeholders, other ARTs and architects
  • Design of microservices and APIs
  • Support development and transformation of the applications / microservices  / interfaces together with agile teams
  • Evaluation and development of coding and testing guidelines

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

  • ServiceNow basics in Order Management for Telecommunications - OMT, Telecommunications Service Management - TSM, Product inventory, Data segregation und flow design
  • experiences in TM Forum - ODF, ODA, eTOM
  • operational experience with agile methods in software development
  • strong coding, conceptual and analytical skills
  • interest in working in an agile team & program and an open mind set
  • broad knowledge in the field of B2B solution business and its E2E processes with a focus on the entire order to cash process
  • Fluency in English and German

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will vary and will not be lower than 2500 € /brutto.
