Main purpose 

We are seeking a Project Manager Agile for Workplace experience domain with a strong technical understanding, who is capable to lead initiatives that enhance our organization's work environment. Your primary objective will be to manage and coordinate projects leveraging technologies such as Power Platform, Power BI, Webex, Microsoft Teams, CVS, MS Team Phone, and M365 applications, ensuring a seamless and innovative workplace experience for our employees.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

Requirements analysis

* Assist in the analysis, validation, and definition of business requirements from the customer (the user and other stakeholders in close coordination with the WX Canvas architect. Ensures that all requirements are clear and understandable and that the needs of all parties involved.

* Identify dependencies, benefits, and limitations to support the decision-making process for the requirements.

Coordination 

* Bring together the necessary experts [or stakeholders] early in the process.

* Coordinate/control/monitor the implementation of the business requirement.

* Act as a liaison between WX hubs, solution engineering and other stakeholders (e.g. compliance partners, architecture) in order to: to achieve an efficient, commercially and technically sensible realization together. 

Communication

* Interact with the process/product/service managers and coordinates with all stakeholders involved.

* Ensure that all stakeholders understand the requirements and that they can make changes or improvements if necessary. Be able to make suggestions.

* Stay in close contact with the customers and advises them with the necessary technical expertise (e.g. in the case of alternatives, restrictions, scheduling, changes) so that they are supported by the customer.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Have 2+ years experience of Project Management
• Have experience with Power Platform, Power BI, Webex, Microsoft Teams, CVS, MS Team Phone, and proficiency in M365 applications.
• Have proven technical understanding and application of workplace experience technologies.
• Have agile methods knowledge and SAFE overview
• Have strong negotiation, communication, presentation, stakeholder management skills
• Speak English at least on B2 level (German is advantage)

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1800€ /brutto.
