Job Description


Coordinate the execution of contracts in a way that contract fulfillment achieves or exceeds the expectations of the external or internal customer, while keeping costs at an optimal level. Procure services for the client inside or outside the organization at an optimal price and quality. Oversee all factors which might affect contract fulfillment.

We're seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our team, focusing on addressing customer needs related to videoconferencing operations.

Key accountabilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their videoconferencing equipment requirements and provide tailored recommendations
  • Expertise in various smart videoconferencing solutions for different scales of meetings (small, medium, large), ensuring the right setup for each scenario. This includes planning, implementation, and providing ongoing support
  • Manage and process customer requests, including requirement management and handling of aftersales services
  • Take charge of the customer portal, ensuring its smooth operation and providing leadership
  • Coordinate demand and hardware consultation, including vendor management and creation of quotes
  • Manage contracts, from creation to termination, as well as handling invoicing
  • Support incident management and align with various stakeholders, including operations team, management, vendors, and customers
  • Continuously develop services based on customer needs and industry trends
  • Conduct user training sessions on videoconferencing tools like Microsoft Teams, MTR, and Webex Boards





  • Proficiency in current videoconferencing solutions and products, such as MS Teams, MTR and Webex Boards
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development in the field
  • Familiarity with incident and change management processes, as well as asset management
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken, to accommodate our international environment and large German customer base

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1600€ /brutto.
