Job Description

Join the team at Operational Services GmbH, within Deutsche Telekom Systems Solutions Slovakia, providing opportunities for German-speaking talents in Slovakia. OS is one of the leading ICT service providers in the German market and is considered the backbone of digitization in medium-sized companies. With almost 1,000 highly qualified employees, OS develops and operates the most modern IT systems for our customers, ensures long-term system support, and maintains the availability of critical business processes.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Financial reporting, cost and performance accounting (cost type, cost center and cost unit accounting).
  • Preparing, processing and finalizing expert documents and specialist reports (e.g. Power Point presentations, business related documents, financial documents, quality reports etc.).
  • Acts as a first point of contact for people inside & outside the business unit (nationally & internationally) for medium-complexity enquiries.
  • Administrative and general support duties. 
  • Facilitation, organization, preparation and support of meetings, calls, video conferences etc. internally and for BO customers and stakeholders; of medium level complexity and medium stakeholder seniority.           

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

  • You have minimum 2 years experience in Project Management, Office Management or Back Office Management. 
  • Your background is in finance, accounting or procurement. 
  • You are advanced and confident in Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, OneNote)                                 
  • Your spoken and written English at least on B2 level 
  • Your spoken and written German is B2+ level 
  • You are proactive and communicative person, with great time management skills

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1800 € /brutto.
