MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS JOB:
Business Operation Consultant completes a variety of basic-complexity support tasks and projects in the Business Operations Portfolio areas (Quality, Admin, Finance, HR, Project coordination). Uses portfolio-specific systems, tools and functions to deliver the day-to-day tasks/services required by the Team, Customers and Stakeholders.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Coordination and support of specific field and areas of international projects.
- Performing a wide range of administrative and general support duties for each of stakeholders / planning, organizing, coordinating, preparing specific business orientated events like PIP/.
- Monitors and gathers data.
- Processes & contributes to documents and reports (e.g. quality documents, financial documents, intranet pages).
- Uses appropriate tools, procedures and processes to deliver financial reporting, cost and performance accounting (cost type, cost center and cost unit accounting).
- Supports continual service improvements, automation and optimization of providing services.
- Organizes, prepares and supports meetings, calls, video conferences for different stakeholders.
- Monitors different projects areas, services and processes to meet the defined quality standards.
- Fulfills other support duties and responsibilities as required by customers or manager.
Qualifications
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- Have minimum 1-2 years experience in project management.
- You have good knowledge of economic area and market overview in IT business.
- You are an Medior in resource planning , data gathering and data analysis.
- Have great communication skills, analytical thinking, problem solving. and presentation skills.
- Have experience in stakeholder management.
- Agile mindset and knowledge of agile frameworks.
- Speak English at least B2.
- German language nice to have.

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1100 € /brutto.
