Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS JOB:

Business Operation Manager monitors performance in specific focus areas of a business and supports organization’s stakeholders in (data driven) and decision making.
Business Operation Manager consults, supports and actively brings solution for organization’s stakeholders in reaching of a business objectives. 

 WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Providing analyses, consultancy and recommendations based on investigations in focus areas (Finance, Human Resources, Marketing & PR, Resource. Management and Business Development) to serve as input for taking decisions
  • Providing business review reports in focus areas for different stakeholders (Business owners, Finance, Human Resources, Communication, Strategy and External Stakeholders).
  • Preparing, monitoring & controlling organization’s efficiency program starting with planning phase and ending with achieving expected results.
  • Monitoring organization’s transformation, optimization & improvement programs.
  • Supporting  business development, bringing creative ideas for portfolio.
  • Preparing the communication and presentations for the organization’s stakeholders.
  • Managing and driving strategic meetings for stakeholders.
  • Providing support in access management, budget management , resource management and event management. 
  • Looking for potential usage of automation and optimization tools in daily business / power automate, power BI, Chat GPT/.
  • Support another departments in automation processes.

 

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

  • Have minimum 3 years experience in project management 
  • You have good knowledge of economic, financial area and market overview in IT business
  • You are an Expert in resource planning , data gathering and data analysis 
  • Have great communication skills, analytical thinking, problem solving and  presentation skills 
  • Have technology understanding / ITIL certification is welcome
  • Have experience in stakeholder management
  • You are Intermediate in economic field & management 
  • Agile mindset and knowledge of agile frameworks
  • Speak English at least on B2 level / German language nice to have/

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1200 € /brutto.
