Senior technical expert responsible for design and implementation of an assigned technology.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

In the following areas You will:

1.  Cloud Strategy and Vision - Develop and articulate a comprehensive cloud architecture strategy that aligns with the organization's business goals and supports its multi-cloud environment.

2. Leadership and Team Management – work in a team of product managers, architects and engineers across cloud domains, following guidance, direction, and professional development to ensure the team's success in delivering high-quality solutions.

3. Technology Innovation - Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies, trends, and best practices. Drive innovation by introducing new technologies that enhance the organization's cloud capabilities.

4. Product Design and Optimization - Design and optimize cloud architectures that maximize performance, security, and cost efficiency. Ensure seamless integration between various cloud platforms.

5. Collaboration with Stakeholders - Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide strategic recommendations, and align cloud solutions with organizational objectives.

6. Security and Compliance - Establish and enforce cloud security and compliance standards. Work closely with the security and privacy teams to implement robust measures for data protection and privacy while enabling high velocity solution delivery

7. Governance and Best Practices - Develop and implement cloud governance policies and best practices. Ensure adherence to standards, guidelines, and frameworks for cloud architecture.

8. Cost Management - Implement strategies for cost management and optimization of cloud resources. Monitor and analyze cloud usage to identify opportunities for efficiency.

9. Vendor Management - Collaborate with cloud service providers, manage vendor relationships, and stay informed about updates and offerings to leverage the latest technologies.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

...are an experienced Architect who comfortably shifts between legacy infrastructure and SDN based solutions within our private cloud and have:

• Deep expertise in Infrastructure as a Code and Software engineering best-practices
• Expertise with enterprise grade cloud infrastructure and its automation
• Experience with VMWare standard services, VCF, NSX and Cloud Director.
• Experience in Design and Implementation of central infrastructures as a code for cloud based on private cloud provider's capabilities
• Profound knowledge of modern methods, processes, procedures, and techniques of IT service development.
• Practical skills in the analysis of complex requirements and the recognition of overarching relationships. 
• Persuasiveness and communication / argumentation skills at management level.
• Fluency in English, German is advantage.

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2200€ /brutto.
