Application Administrator is responsible for the ongoing management and maintenance of software applications used within our organization. His/her role requires a mix of technical expertise, administrative tasks and a moderate level of experience.

Application Administrator ensures the smooth operation of applications and satisfaction of end-users. He/she continues to develop his/her technical skills and knowledge, staying up to date with IT trends and best practices.


WHAT WILL YOU DO ?

As an application administrator you will:

  • Plan, control and deliver complete application-based request fulfilment
  • Do Installations of new versions of application on classic server or in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP/FCI..)
  • Configure and customize applications to align with organization`s requirements
  • Monitor the performance and capacity of applications, identify and resolve issues
  • Act as an operative interface between Service Delivery Management, Customer, Development, Vendors and other delivery units
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for application configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Perform updates, upgrades, patches and security fixes
  • Check, execute, solve and create tickets

 We want you to:

  • Coordinate incident-, problem-, change-, escalation- management and operational documentation
  • Independently execute standard tickets to provide service according to KPIs.
  • Support Junior Administrators to enhance their knowledge
  • Coordinate customer-requested and / or technical changes during service lifecycle
  • Work with agile tools on daily basis
  • Move forward in your career and gain new DevOps/SRE oriented skills

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU :

 

  • Have 1+ years experience on similar position
  • Have technical overview in OS – especially Linux experience
  • Have Real experience with: configuring and troubleshooting Linux/Windows, Network, Storage, Back up, Databases, Middleware, Cloud-based architecture
  • Have Basic scripting knowledge (any scripting language)
  • Have Knowledge of 3-layer architecture
  • Speak English at least at the B1 level (intermediate)

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1000 € /brutto.
